OBJECTIVE
Over the past few summers, I have volunteered as a chair of the St. Ignatius Festival Book Booth. This past season, I decided to redesign our navigation system. My goals were to make a more coherent system that was easy to navigate independently.
PROCESS
Original designs I made my senior year of high school
I decided to introduce a color coded system based on colors of tape we used to label boxes during the collection process. This made it easier for volunteers to set up the booth as well as improving customers navigation experience.
